I know I haven’t posted on here for a while but a lot has been going on so my apologies. I am officially down 12 pounds total since my highest weight. Since I’ve been on weight watchers I have lost 4 pounds as of my last weigh in. So things are looking up. I find it easy to have structure so in the long run weight watchers will pay off.
On another good note, I just finished a two hour workout! I did some Zumba, 8 minute abs, glutes, back and arms. Also I added in some belly dancing which was fun! Later I am going on a walk with my cousin so I’d have to say this is a really good work out day.
